Torn/Tower

This wooden sculpture depicts a towering pole or a standing tower might try to reach for the sky, attempting to connect with something above. I see the sculpture as a simplified interpretation of a tall tower.

The sculpture is part of an installation where each work reflects on the human body, shifts in scale and thoughts about the body which, on an inflated scale, could be a landscape to explore. An organic material in constant change.
